Day 01: Zurich
Arrive at Zurich Airport. The city of Zurich, a global centre for banking and finance, lies at the north end of Lake Zurich in northern Switzerland. The picturesque lanes of the central Altstadt (Old Town), on either side of the Limmat River, reflects its pre-medieval history. Waterfront promenades like the Limmatquai follow the river toward the 17th-century Rathaus (town hall). Enjoy the boat ride in the evening on Lake Zurich. Overnight in Zurich.
Day 02: Zurich – Zurich City Tour & Lindt – Home of Chocolate
Zurich City Tour takes you through the beautiful city and show you the business and financial centre, Bahnhofstrasse, the most important museums, a section of the Old Town, Münster Square entrance to the pedestrian area, historical Limmatquai, the University district, residential areas, beautiful hillside villas on the Zurichberg, as well as recreation areas and views of the Alps from Zurich’s vantage points. Later visit to Lindt – Home of Chocolate. The modern, light-flooded museum building offers 20000m2 of chocolate fascination with a chocolate fountain, multimedia exhibition, café, workshops and the largest Lindt Chocolate Shop. A perfect destination for all chocolate lovers from home and abroad. Explore its Museum with interactive Chocolate Tour & Show Production facilities. Overnight in Zurich.
Day 03: Zurich – Rhine Falls Visit
Take a train to arrive at Schaffhausen to visit the Rhine Falls. The Rhine Falls is only 23 metres high but has an impressive width of 150 metres, a height of 23m and an average of 25’000 cubic feet of water per second (700m3/sec) plunge over the falls in summer. You can also enjoy a premium boat ride at Rhine Falls by paying locally. Overnight in Zurich.
Day 04: End of Tour
Return to any Swiss border or Swiss airport or continue your stay in Switzerland on your own.
